Fish salad with Apple and pickles for light meal that will feed you and give you solution for the little leftover fish and we do not want to relegate.

Ingredients

  • 1 fish fillet cooked, He has stayed
  • 1 ½ - 2 cups green salad of your choice, chopped
  • ½ Apple sliced or diced
  • ¼ Cup assorted vegetables pickles, chopped
  • 1 ½ tablespoon of capers
  • Juice of ½ Orange
  • 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt & pepper

Method

Step 1

Whisk in multi or oil in a bowl with the orange juice, mayonnaise and a little spice.

Step 2

Mix in Bowl salads, with the pickles, the capers and the Apple and sprinkle with half of the mayonnaise dressing.

Step 3

Mix and place the fish fillet. Drizzle with the remaining dressing and serve.
