If you are looking for a new, delicious and easy way to serve your favorite Octopus once you found the recipe. Juicy Octopus in foil with potatoes and tomatoes. Just give it a try.
- 1 Octopus (1000-1200gr)
- 2 tbsp balsamico
- 2 Bay leaves
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 8-10 medium potatoes with skins
- salt & pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
- 200gr. Cherry Tomatoes
Cut Octopus into pieces and place in a large piece of aluminum foil with potatoes. If it is too large cut in 2 or in 4. Also we can use baby potatoes.
Pour the cherry tomatoes, the garlic and the bay leaf and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with oregano and drizzle with the olive oil and balsamico.
Wrap the foil tightly and place in baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 c for 1 ½ hour.
Remove from oven and allow to stand 5-10. Open the foil and serve.
