Rice casserole with leftover turkey and who lucky will taste it.
- 1 instant soup , powder (mushroom soup, onion soup ecc)
- 1 cup brown rice
- 2 ½ cups milk
- salt & pepper
- 1 cup leftover turkey, chopped or shredded
- 1/3 of cup pecorino grated
Mix all ingredients in a bowl except half of the cheese. Turn mixture into a prepared pan and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 c for 45-55 minutes.
Allow to cool slightly and cut into pieces to serve.
