Turkey with mixture of herbs and vegetables wine at festive table, that does not oblige us to have the whole bird. Some say did not succeed, in other stays or don't like. Ingredients

900gr. Tenderloin or Turkey Breast, in one piece

For the mixture of herbs:

1 ½ tablespoon oregano

1 tbsp dried Basil

1 tablespoon dried mint

1 tbsp savory

salt & pepper

2 garlic cloves crushed

2-3 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon paprika

For vegetables:

1 medium cabbage, cut into pieces

5-7 carrots whole

2-3 medium potatoes, chopped coarsely

4-5 onions, whole

Olive Oil

1 Cup white wine

salt & pepper

½ lemon juice

Method

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients for the herb mixture in a bowl. Brush the meat with it to go everywhere and wrap with cling film. Leave in the refrigerator 2-3 hours or overnight.

Step 2

Place the vegetables in a large baking dish and pour the wine and lemon juice. Season and sprinkle with a little oil. If we choose other vegetables, According to the tastes of each House.

Step 3

Carefully Xetyligoyme the Turkey and place on top of vegetables. Cover with a piece of aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven at 190C for 1 ½ hour.

Step 4
