Korean beef bulgogi

Korean beef Bulgogi. I tried it in a shop and apopeirathika to fix it and my own at home. A well marinated meat and a different recipe, for those who don't like the usual, as in me.

Ingredients

380gr. Beef cut into small pieces

1 ½ tbsp olive oil

Roasted sesame seeds for serving (Optional)

For the marinade:

¼ Cup soya sauce

1 tablespoon sugar

2 tablespoons sesame oil

2 garlic cloves crushed

1 medium onion, very finely chopped

2-3 fresh onions, very finely chopped

¼ of spoonful of sweet chilli powder

salt & pepper

½ teaspoon grated ginger

Method

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients for the marinade very well and dip in the pieces of meat. Brush well with hands to go everywhere and leave it covered in the refrigerator all night.

Step 2

The next tinazoyme the meat from the marinade, without the fly and place them in a deep saucepan that we warm the olive oil. Saute over medium heat to get color from all sides and mix.

Step 3

Once baked, Add the marinade and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, until the sauce.

Step 4

If we want the meat softer, Add a little water and cook for some more time. Serve hot with accompanying of our preference and if we sprinkle on plenty of roasted sesame seeds.
