1kilo pomegranate spores
1stick cinnamon
600Gr. sugar
750ml vodka


Step 1

We put the spores of Pomegranate with sugar in a large jar and keep in a warm meos all night, anakoynwntas its spaced. Next put it in the fridge and hold for 5 days. Then strain and put the spores in the juicer. The juice of the heat and the xanametaferoyme in the fylagame jar to get all pieces of sugar that have been left on the walls. Add the vodka and cinnamon and keep in a warm dark place for 4 days. The drain and transfer it in jars when serving.
