Tangerine Liqueur



  • 20 mandarins small
  • 20 cloves
  • 1 1/2 litre liquor
  • 300 g. sugar
  • 2 1/2 glasses of water


Step 1

Wash the mandarins, the pinch all around with a fork and stick a clove in each Tangerine. Let the less 15 days in glass jar with alcohol. Make the syrup (boil the sugar with water), strain the alcohol and joining with syrup. The liqueur is ready for serving. Good luck!
