Beef Fillet with green beans in the wok that my mother bought me. From the ones that gave known supermarket chain all last year. I said that it was time to begin to use it since I had just forgotten. The wok cooking is one of the healthiest and fastest.
350gr. Beef Fillet (2 fillets)
1 tablespoon wok oil or sesame oil or corn oil or olive oil
1 moderate sweet potato cut into large pieces
200gr. Mushrooms cut into large pieces
250gr. Green round beans
1 large onion cut into large pieces
Soya cream for serving (Optional)
Chives chopped for serving (Optional)
For the marinade:
A pinch of cinnamon
A pinch of clove powder
1 tablespoon soya sauce
1/3 the spoonful of sweet pepper seeds
2 cloves garlic chopped
1 tablespoon grated ginger
salt & pepper
Put the fillets in a bowl with lid and pour over all the ingredients of the marinade. Brush well with your hands and leave in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Pour in plenty of salted boiling water the sweet potato for 7 minutes. Remove with slotted spoon and add the green beans for 4-5 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
Cut the fillets into wide strips and pour into the wok that we warm the oil we chose. Just change color from all sides pour the vegetables and sprinkle with a little extra spice.
Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes. Serve immediately with soya cream and a few chopped chives.
