Turkey with vegetables in the oven for a juicy, tasty and easy dish for the holidays with unique taste, without much trouble. With the sprouts and green onions create a dreamy plate. Are holidays and we don't want to spend all day in the kitchen, but we also don't want a very simple table, do you agree don't you;
- 2 Turkey thighs (or 1 whole leg)
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 1 Cup scallions stew, cleaned
- 5 medium potatoes peeled and cut into pieces
- 300gr. Brussels Sprouts
- 2 cups water or chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons Rosemary
- 2 tbsp oregano
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt & pepper
- Juice from ½ lemon
place Turkey into deep baking pan. Put it in multi herbs with the garlic, lemon juice, half oil and plenty of spice. whisk and pour over it the Turkey.
Pour the broth or water and cover with aluminum foil. Bake in preheated oven at 220 c for 40 minutes.
Remove the Pan from the oven and salt until between the Turkey, potatoes, the sprouts and scallions. Sprinkle with the remaining oil and cover again with foil. Bake for another 30 minutes and expose the food.
Let it Brown nicely for other 10 minutes and remove from oven. Transfer to platter and serve immediately.
