Colorful Christmas salad for the festive table, impressive but so simple. The important thing is that we can prepare from the previous day and to save time on the day that we have the table. Iswear is even better, the flavors as they stay in the fridge get more tasty.

Ingredients

2 cups shredded cabbage

1 large carrot, grated

1 red pear or that PEAR we want cubes

1 green pepper or that color we want chopped

3 spring onions finely chopped

¼ Cup black raisins

¼ Cup walnuts chontrotrimmena

For the dressing:

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard or mustard that we want

1 tablespoon honey

4 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons vinegar

salt & pepper

Method

Step 1

Whip all ingredients for the dressing and keep aside.

Step 2

Put in a bowl all the remaining ingredients. Drizzle with the dressing, stir and keep in the refrigerator 2-3 hours or overnight.

Step 3

For serving sprinkle on extra raisins and walnuts.
