Arugula with smoked ham and Caramelized almonds because the combination of green salads with smoked blends fits perfectly and creates a very festive mood.
- 1 small chopped radicchio
- 1 bunch chopped rocket
- 120gr. Smoked hams in cubes or bacon
- 1 Green Apple cut into cubes
- 2/4 Cup caramelized almonds, ground or that dry fruit you prefer
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- Zest of an orange
- salt & pepper
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2-3 tablespoons white vinegar
In a bowl, beat the oil with the vinegar, honey, the spice and orange zest and keep aside.
Meanwhile heat a nonstick skillet and add the ham over medium heat, stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes, until golden. Remove to absorbent paper towels and keep aside.
In a large bowl pour and mix the radicchio with Arugula and Apple. Sprinkle the dressing prepared and stir again. sprinkle over the ham and Caramelized almonds and serve.
