Special salad black-eyed for accompaniment or main dish. If we add extra spices, olives, caper, seafood or other ingredients of your choice, Since this is a very versatile dish. Rich, easy, delicious and hearty in a nutshell a special plate.
- 2 cups black-eyed peas cooked
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 2 red peppers, cooked and chopped
- ¼ Cup parsley, finely chopped
- ½ Cup celery chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- salt & pepper
Mix well all the ingredients and serve. The salad as it stays becomes more delicious , so make sure to prepare at least one day before.
