Homemade lemonade with lavender and nobody will deny a cool glass. Refreshing , without preservatives, with less sugar than those of trade and with irresistible taste.
- ½ Cup fresh Lavender flowers
- ¾ cup lemon juice , about 6 lemons
- 4 cups water
- ½ cups sugar
Boil the 2 cups of water and remove the Pan from the heat.
Add the lavender and sugar and stir. Set aside for 30 minutes. Strain and pour the lemon juice and the remaining water.
Test if you need extra sugar or lemon juice and serve immediately with ice cubes and lemon slices, If we like. Keep the rest in the refrigerator for 2-3 up 5 days.
