Homemade pomegranate liqueur

Ingredients

6 pomegranates trimmed
1/2 liter of cognac
1 litre liquor
600 grams. sugar
1 cinnamon stick

Method

Step 1

After you flush the pomegranates, place them in a glass container closed tightly. Then add the Cognac, raki and sugar, as well as the cinnamon stick. Let the liqueur matures for 20-25 days shaking regularly the glass container to melt the sugar. The strain in double cheese cloth and divide into bottles of liqueurs.
