Mpolikos parsley , myrwdatos and green from our balcony and pomegranate seeds kept in a freezer for each case.

Ingredients

  • 1pn16. parsley psil/Nos
  • 1/4pn16. Spearmint psil/Nos
  • 1/4pn16. bulgur
  • 3k. p. pomegranate spores
  • 1medium onion psil/No.
  • salt & pepper
  • Juice 1 lemon
  • 3-4k. p. olive oil

Manufacturing instructions

Step 1

Soak the bulgur in 1 1/2Cup of hot water and leave for 30 minutes at least.

Step 2

Drain and pour into a large bowl along with all the remaining ingredients.

Step 3

Mix well and leave the salad 1 hour in refrigerator before serving.
