Beef Fillet with sauerkraut and egg eye for a full protein meal , tonic and ideal for those cold days that we need something to warm us entirely.
- 1 fillet of beef, 175gr. About
- ½ Cup sauerkraut, white or red
- 1 egg
- salt & pepper
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Mix the mustard with cumin, the oil and a little salt and pepper and put the fillets inside. Brush it with clean hands to stick everywhere and keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or bake immediately.
Heat the grill and place over the fillet. Bake 5-6 minutes on each side or depending how baked we like it. Meanwhile Cook the egg as we like.
Transfer to plate and place over the sauerkraut and then the egg. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and serve immediately.
