Pot Roast stew with onions for a hearty meal that will please the whole family. Tender and juicy beef that we serve with rice, mashed potatoes or macaroni, Depending on tastes.
- 1 kilo beef piece or cut into large pieces
- salt & pepper
- 1 pound stew onions
- 5-6 cloves of garlic
- 2 liters broth
- 1 tablespoon soya sauce
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 ½ tbsp honey
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- ¼ cup olive oil
Heat half the oil in large wide and tall skillet and place the meat , After salt pepper well. Leave to pick color from all sides and transfer it to a plate.
Add the remaining oil and saute onions for 4-5 minutes. Then pour the garlic 1 minutes and stir. Put over the meat with the juices left in the dish.
