Beef burgers on the grill we serve today for a healthy dish that everyone will love. To change a bit from our classic burgers and have at the same time the whole family satisfied.
- ½ kilo of mincemeat
- 1 egg
- 1 medium onion, grated
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- salt & pepper
- 1 tea spoon mint chopped
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- A pinch of cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon fennel seeds crushed (Optional)
- ½ teaspoon allspice blend
- ¼ of spoonful of fresh coriander powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ¼ Cup parsley, finely chopped
- ½ cups pangrattato
- A little olive oil for baking (Optional)
In a bowl, add all ingredients with last the toast and knead very well unite. Mold in the shape of our choice and keep refrigerated until ready to bake them.
Heat the grill or a nonstick pan and cook the burgers 2-3 minutes per side over medium heat, until you get nice color. Serve immediately with vegetables or rice and yoghurt or baked pies or as we like.
