Beef burgers on the grill we serve today for a healthy dish that everyone will love. To change a bit from our classic burgers and have at the same time the whole family satisfied.

Ingredients

  • ½ kilo of mincemeat
  • 1 egg
  • 1 medium onion, grated
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 tea spoon mint chopped
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon fennel seeds crushed (Optional)
  • ½ teaspoon allspice blend
  • ¼ of spoonful of fresh coriander powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ Cup parsley, finely chopped
  • ½ cups pangrattato
  • A little olive oil for baking (Optional)

Method

Step 1

In a bowl, add all ingredients with last the toast and knead very well unite. Mold in the shape of our choice and keep refrigerated until ready to bake them.

Step 2

Heat the grill or a nonstick pan and cook the burgers 2-3 minutes per side over medium heat, until you get nice color. Serve immediately with vegetables or rice and yoghurt or baked pies or as we like.
