Lemonatos peas with celery

Lemonatos peas with celery for today. A Let's say ALA polita, my own inspiration which is eaten as a main dish except Let's have home and friends meat eaters who want next and no Burger.

Ingredients

  • ½ kilo of peas
  • 1 large celeriac, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 2-3 large carrots, cut into chunks
  • 2-3 spring onions finely chopped
  • Juice from 1 ½ lemon
  • 1 bunch dill, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt & pepper

Method

Step 1

Sauté the onions in the oil for 1-2 minutes and add the celeriac and carrots.

Step 2

Lower heat and add half a cup of lukewarm water. Pepper and pour the lemon juice.

Step 3

Let it cook 15 minutes and then add the peas and dill. Cook other 15-20 minutes and check if you need a little more water.

Step 4

Slamming the heat and allow to stand 5 minutes before serving.
