Merenda Brownies without eggs, for those who avoid them or do not have or do not like. The reason it doesn't matter. Does it matter that is surprisingly even the next day and soft like it just came out of the oven. With 4 only materials!


  • 1 Cup hazelnut spread or equivalent product
  • ½ Cup brown sugar
  • ½ Cup yogurt strained
  • ½ Cup all-purpose flour


Step 1

Mix all ingredients and spread mixture evenly in a square Pan 8 in which we put a piece of parchment paper. Bake in preheated oven at 170c(340f) for 25-30 minutes.

Step 2

Once the draw if we sprinkle crushed cookies, wafers or chocolate or leave plain.

Step 3

Leave to cool slightly and cut into pieces to serve.
