Ingredients

  • 2 tortillas
  • 1 Cup of soup, without lots of fluids
  • 2 horn peppers chopped
  • 1 Cup cheddar, gouda, cheese or soft cheese that we want, grated or sliced
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • 1/3 the spoonful of sweet cumin
  • A pinch of chili powder, Optional
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method

Step 1

Heat the oil in a saucepan and saute the onion. Add the garlic and peppers and saute all together 1-2 minutes.

Step 2

Sprinkle with cumin, chilli and salt and close the lid. Cook for 6-8 minutes until wilted peppers and left little oil pan. Allow to cool and transfer with slotted spoon to a plate.

Step 3

Allow to cool and transfer with slotted spoon to a plate. Add in the pies cheese , the beans and peppers and roll to roll. Heat in oven, in a nonstick skillet or toaster oven for 5 minutes total and serve immediately.. Accompany with beaten yogurt, sprinkled with bagel mix.
