- 2 tortillas
- 1 Cup of soup, without lots of fluids
- 2 horn peppers chopped
- 1 Cup cheddar, gouda, cheese or soft cheese that we want, grated or sliced
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 1/3 the spoonful of sweet cumin
- A pinch of chili powder, Optional
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Heat the oil in a saucepan and saute the onion. Add the garlic and peppers and saute all together 1-2 minutes.
Sprinkle with cumin, chilli and salt and close the lid. Cook for 6-8 minutes until wilted peppers and left little oil pan. Allow to cool and transfer with slotted spoon to a plate.
