1 small red cabbage, finely chopped
2 large grated carrots
1 cup corn in a can

1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard or the like
2 teaspoons honey
salt & pepper
Beat very well all the ingredients for the dressing and keep aside.
Put all the ingredients in a large Salad Bowl.
Drizzle with the dressing, stir and serve immediately or keep refrigerated until 4 up 5 days.
