Easy fried rice like what you order from the outside, but most financial, delicious and healthy. With rice or chicken that you stayed but also various vegetables have very simply a new dish at your table you will cook it many times, believe me.
- 1 ½ tbsp sesame oil
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 Cup chicken cooked and chopped or lianismeno
- 2/3 Cup peas
- 2/3 cup corn
- 1 ½ cup cooked basmati
- 300gr. Chopped mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons of soya sauce and extra for serving
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- 2-3 eggs
- 1-2 tablespoons milk (Optional)
- salt & pepper
- Sesame seeds for serving
- Chives or green onions, finely chopped, for serving (Optional)
Beat eggs and mix with milk and a little spice. Bake on nonstick wide pan to obtain a very thin omelet. Leave to cool and cut into strips.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in wok or deep frying pan and sauté the onion for 2 minutes and other 2 minutes or until the mushrooms absorb the liquid.
Add the chicken, the peas, corn, rice and a little spice. Stir and cook for 4-6 minutes.
Add the soya, the garlic powder and chilli and stir. Remove from heat, add the stripes of a omeletas.
Stir carefully to not fall apart and serve immediately drizzle with Sesame, fresh onions or chives and extra soya sauce.
