for fillets:

2 beef fillets (350gr. total)

1 tbsp mustard

¼ of spoonful of sweet chilli powder

1 teaspoon brown sugar

salt & pepper

Zest of ½ lemon

1 tablespoon olive oil

For the green beans:

250gr. beans or other beans of your choice

1 tablespoon Sesame white

1 tablespoon mayrosoysamo

salt & pepper

Mint leaves, for serving

For the dressing:

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tbsp balsamico

1/3 the spoonful of sweet mustard

½ teaspoon of honey

salt & pepper


Step 1

For fillets: Mix in a bowl the mustard, Chili, brown sugar, lemon zest, the oil and Spice.

Step 2

Add pork and stir to go everywhere the marinade. Heat the grill or Nonstick Skillet and place the fillets, After the blast from the marinade.

Step 3

Bake 2-3 minutes on each side, or as we prefer.

Step 4

For the green beans: Put the beans in plenty of salted water and boil for 30 minutes from the time the boil or beans, which will use. Drain and transfer to a bowl.

Step 5

For the dressing: Whisk in a bowl all the ingredients for the dressing and keep aside.

Step 6

For serving: Place green beans on a platter next to the pork. Drizzle with the dressing and sprinkle with the Mint and soysamia to serve.
