flank steak cabbage stir fry for a quick but any Clipboard dish.
- 250gr. Beef steak or piece without fat and bone
- Juice from 1 Orange
- 3 tablespoons corn oil or olive oil for wok
- 1 tablespoon of soya sauce and extra for serving
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar or white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 2 medium carrots, grated
- 2 cups chopped or grated cabbage
Mix in a bowl with lid the soya, the orange juice, honey, the rice vinegar , the garlic powder and a tablespoon of olive oil.
Cut the meat into slices ,put it in the marinade and stir gently. Keep it in the refrigerator 20-30 minutes.
Heat a tablespoon of the oil in the wok and add the onion, carrot and cabbage. Stir and cook for 5-6 minutes. Take them out and keep aside.
Heat the remaining oil and place inside the pieces of meat after the blast lightly from the marinade. Cook for 6-8 minutes or depending on how cooked the want.
Pour the mixture into cabbage dish, stir and serve immediately, adding if we want a little soya sauce.
