Cold pasta with blue cheese to serve as salad buffet or eat in the Office, at room temperature. Especially if you do not have or do not prefer the microwave, is the best solution for your taperaki.
- 400gr. Penne or other short pasta
- ½ Cup Sun-dried tomatoes chopped
- 12 pickled gherkins, finely chopped
- 1 ½ cup corn from can
- ½ Cup parsley, finely chopped
- 150gr. Cream cheese
- 150gr. Crumbled Blue cheese
- salt & pepper
- 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Strain and rinse lightly with cold water. The mix immediately with the cream cheese mixture and set aside to cool slightly.
Add all remaining ingredients, with attention to salt, Why are already pretty salty the blue cheese.
