  • 1 ½ Cup bulgur
  • 1 ½ cup cooked minced meat
  • 1 pound broccoli, cut into toyfakia
  • 3 large carrots cut into rings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt & pepper


Step 1

Soak the Oatmeal with 1 Cup lukewarm water. Let it be absorbed. Boil the carrots and broccoli until you prick them with a fork.

Step 2

Place the minced meat in parchment pan and pour the Oatmeal drained if the minced meat has not been a lot of fluids, otherwise add to the juices of the.

Step 3

Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil. Stir and Cook 3-4 minutes. Add the vegetables and stir gently.

Step 4

Remove from the heat and immediately pour in dishes to serve.
