Beans puree from the leftover bean soup . Serve as a side dish for fish or roast meat and make a difference.
- ½ Cup bean soup that's left, drained of liquids
- 2 Sun-dried tomatoes chopped
- 1 teaspoon chopped chives or a flavoring of your choice
- salt & pepper
- 1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice
Put all the ingredients in mutli and beat to unite.
Test if you need additional salt or lemon juice and serve.
