Beans puree from the leftover bean soup . Serve as a side dish for fish or roast meat and make a difference.

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup bean soup that's left, drained of liquids
  • 2 Sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chopped chives or a flavoring of your choice
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice

Method

Step 1

Put all the ingredients in mutli and beat to unite.

Step 2

Test if you need additional salt or lemon juice and serve.
