Roast with coffee for an entirely different twist on your plate.
- 350gr. beef chunk
- 1 ½ tablespoon olive oil and extra for serving
- ¼ Cup soya sauce
- 1 Cup prepared instant coffee
- 1 Cup beef broth
- 2 Bay leaves
- salt & pepper
- ½ tablespoon oregano
- 1 large onion grated
- 1 garlic clove crushed
Heat oil in skillet and place the meat, to get color from all sides.
Remove the tip and pour onion and garlic, for 2 minutes, stirring.
Transfer the meat to the pot again and pour coffee and gravy. Add all remaining ingredients and simmer for 2-3 hours or depending on the weight of the meat.
Serve hot with your choice of side dish and sauce from the Pan.
