For those who have the impression that the salad is a boring thing with plenty of greenery and result ..., Today I got the answer. It is a polysalata that is consumed at ease as a main meal. Cheese rolls with basmati and chicken for that most light and tasty have tried lately. Personally something such dishes, I love them too!
Ingredients
3 cups cooked basmati
1 ½ cups chicken cooked and chopped
1 ½ Cup grated carrot
½ cup frozen peas
2-3 spring onions finely chopped
Sesame seeds for serving
For the Orange dressing:
2 cloves of garlic
Juice from 1-2 oranges
Zest of ½ Orange
1 ½ tbsp soya sauce
1 ½ tbsp sesame oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 ½ tablespoon white vinegar
salt & pepper
¼ cup corn oil or olive oil light
Method
Step 1
Put all the ingredients for the dressing and whip. Set aside until the use and for other 2-3 up 5 days, ambient.
Step 2
Transfer to platter or plate materials of salad and stir before or after perichysoyme with dressing.
Step 3
Sprinkle with a generous amount of sesame seeds and serve immediately. Alternatively keep the salad in the refrigerator for 2-3 days and drizzle with the dressing, Once over lightly, just before serving.
