Ribs with apples and carrots

Ribs with apples and carrots for those tired of the classic Burger but the classic roll with the boiled egg inside. Additionally due to holidays, We want to serve something impressive and different but not expensive. If you prefer you can use phyllo, because the meat is more popular these days.

Ingredients

½ kilo of mincemeat

1 Apple

2 carrots

1 small onion

1 large egg

½ teaspoon ginger powder

½ teaspoon Curry

½ teaspoon coriander powder

salt & pepper

For coating:

¼ Cup ketchup

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon brown sugar

Method

Step 1

Grate the carrot, Apple and onion or put them in multi. Transfer to large bowl along with the remaining ingredients and knead to unite.

Step 2

With parchment paper in oblong Cake Pan and spread the mixture evenly. Mix the ingredients for the topping and spread over the minced mixture.

Step 3

Bake in a preheated oven at 190 c for 50 minutes as 1 hour. Allow to cool and remove from pan. Cut into slices and serve with salad or side dish of your choice.
