The Sassy Water is a kind of homemade lemonade, which in combination with the corresponding Sassy diet, based on cucumber and circulates on the Internet , promises weight loss and flat belly. Ideal for those who suffer from impoundment, flatulence and various swellings. The secret is to drink this water throughout the day, starting from the time you wake up.

Ingredients

  • 2 liters of water
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, in piece
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • Juice from 1-2 lemons
  • 10-12 leaves of fresh mint or Mint

Method

Step 1

Put it in a jug of water.

Step 2

Wash well the cucumber and cut it into thin slices and pour into the jar with the remaining ingredients.

Step 3

Mix and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or even better all night.

Step 4

The drain, If we want and consume during the day.
