Although I am not fond of meat and usually prefer the white instead of Red, the sykwtaki I must admit that I like it. Done and good, so a in both the cram in the menu. The liver nuggets that serve today is something different, especially if you are bored to do more Rusk in pot. Becomes very very soft and really is what they say "Turkish delight".
- 1 ½ kilo beef liver, cut into pieces
- 2-3 large onions
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Juice from 1-2 lemons
- salt & pepper
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ Cup green olives stuffed with peppers or olives that you want
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Place them on a piece of parchment paper and slamming well.
The place on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven at 180C for 2 hours.
Once removed from the oven, transfer it to a platter and carefully define the paper, to open the package without to go wet cooking and serve with rice , potatoes or as we prefer. If we want we can put in the package feta cheese cubes, to cook with the rest of the ingredients.
