Spicy chickpea snack for healthier snacks that you tried it last. Full of fiber, proteins, vitamins and incredible taste. A snack for adults addictive and far from insignificant. Good month my friends and beware of lying!

Ingredients

  • 400gr. Boiled chickpeas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • salt & pepper

Method

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir to get stuck on the peppers chick peas.

Step 2

The spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in air to 190C for 15-20 minutes.

Step 3

Stir and continue cooking other 10-15 minutes. Serve immediately.
