Warm fakosalata with vegetables , so easily and just who will establish. Covers tasty and nutritional needs and extra empties the fridge and/or our closets from that vegetables have. So don't be afraid to add or subtract materials, Depending on your tastes and your commissions.
Ingredients
1 Cup lentils
2 medium Zucchini
2-3 medium carrots
1 large onion
1 cup corn in a can
1 Cup cherry tomatoes
1 ½ tbsp olive oil
Spice
For the dressing:
¼ cup olive oil
salt & pepper
1 heaped tablespoon mustard to our liking
Juice from 1 lemon
salt & pepper
1 garlic clove crushed
Method
Step 1
Beat all the ingredients together for the dressing very well and keep aside.
Step 2
Boil the lentils in plenty of salted water for 20 minutes, drain and rinse with cold water.
Step 3
Cut the zucchini, carrots and onion as we like. Heat the oil and saute the onion. Add carrots and zucchini and stir.
Step 4
Cook for 3-4 minutes and pour corn and cherry tomatoes. Taste with salt and pepper, stir and cook other 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
Slamming the heat and add the lentils. Drizzle with the dressing , mix and serve. Eaten just as pleasantly and cold.
